Anthony, the project manager, was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process thoroughly and provided an easy to understand assessment of what was needed to accomplish the job. His professionalism was truly appreciated from the manner he addressed my wife and I, to the way he appeared, spoke and carried himself while in our home. He displayed good leadership skill while teaching the other members of his team. He was punctual and provided mutually convenient times when scheduling was needed to return to our home. In regard to the service your company provided we are very satisfied with he results. It kept us from having to remove and replace our hardwood floors to needing only to be resurfaced. I am a veteran of 23 years and a police officer for 11. I believe it is extremely important to recognize valuable assets. It is obvious to me that Anthony is a valuable asset to your company. Wanted to personally thank SERVPRO of Lake Geneva for the top notch work they have done for our rental property. Tim was prompt and professional when assessing the extensive water damage in 4 of our units. They took into great consideration the residents that were living in the building and took care to reduce any noise and to be very respectful by not leaving any mess from repairs being done. When our hardwood floors were damaged extensively, Lake Geneva SERVPRO arrived to help us. The were able to save our hardwood and were very quick about it but also very detailed. They were very friendly and explained the process of drying the floor. Very impressed!
